What is this portal for?

So that all members of the building community receive information at the same time and traceably, and can ask and answer questions.

What data is stored?

Your user name, your e-mail address, your stated position, unit and role, your password (only as an irreversible fingerprint), your posts and answers including earlier versions, your display settings and the time of your last login. For you alone, the portal remembers which posts you have opened – others cannot see this.

Who sees what?

Posts are visible only to logged-in members of this community. Tenants do not see posts marked “owners only”. Others only see your user name. Only the technical administrator sees your e-mail address.

Cookies and third-party services

Only necessary cookies (login, language, text size). No advertising, no analytics, no fonts or scripts from other servers.

Security

The connection is encrypted. After failed logins only a fingerprint of the address is stored briefly and deleted after one day. Important actions are kept in a tamper-evident change log.

How long?

As long as you are a member. After moving out, access is blocked; posts remain part of the community history unless legitimate interests require otherwise.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and complain to a data protection authority. Please contact the responsible person named above.

Checking the statement

What you type in from your annual statement is by default visible only to you. You can share it yourself with the advisory board or all owners. The comparison between owners only shows totals without names. Tenants never see this area.
